Take part in one of the incredibly scenic trail runs on offer. The long route (21km) takes the competitors right up into the awesome Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve and back down the single track along the Palmiet River, ending at the Festival Hub. There will also be a 12km route, quite challenging and very scenic, including mountain single track and even a bit of beach. The 4km route will be for those who just want a taste of it all and are entering the Sport. The routes are a mix of single track and jeep track, flanked by pristine fynbos, spectacular mountain views, some beach running and coastal paths.
