We have a strong working relationship with a couple of key partners in the area, who have been very actively involved with the Festival over the last few years. Cape Nature have granted us access to the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, and made it possible for us to offer a lot of the great routes for our events in the most prisitine surroundings.

The Hangklip-Kleinmond Tourism Bureau who have assisted in promoting the Festival and getting local buy-in to the concept. TRI-ACTIVE EVENTS MANAGEMENT
Tri Active will be handling all food and drinks with their mobile catering outfit. They will also be doing the bar on the Saturday night party. Tri Active have been at the Festival for the last couple of years providing meals on wheels for many adventurers. And in keeping with local procurement policy at the festival, Tri Active is based in the Elgin Valley. They are well known adventure Tour Operators as well as an Event Management company, specialising in creating unique events and adventures for groups or individuals, with the emphasis on service excellence and flexibility.

GCX is a Carbon and Energy Management company.
